Hotel cómodo y tranquilo, ambiente familiar, habitaciones amplias con cómoda, tv, wifi, baño, con vista a calle principal o al interior de la plaza comercial. Buen servicio por parte del personal. Restaurante propio y estacionamiento compartido pero sin costo para huespedes. Tiene gimnasio y sala de juntas. Tiene acceso a la plaza comercial donde hay pocos lugares para comer, cine y boliche-billar. Lo malo es que está muy cerca de la estación del tren y cuando pasa la locomotora llega a ser molesto.
I had a great time at the Hotel Aranzazu. I stayed there on business 5/17-5/19/2014. The staff was terrific very friendly and helpful! They couldn't help me enough, from getting me a cab, to recommending places to eat close by. I did eat in the restaurant and it wasn't too bad. Had some good chicken fajitas. The room was very clean! Would definitely stay there again!
We loved staying in this hotel. Room is very clean and the location is centrally located to all tourist attractions and shopping. There is a movie theater and a bowling alley next door. Customer service is exceptional and the night bellman is phenomenal. Very courteous and assist you with your luggage and anything else you might need in the room. Thank you Aranzazu.

It has good attention but the location of the room that I had was noisy.
El servicio está bien, pero le hace falta un poco más de gente que esté al pendiente en los pasillos de las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con aire acondicionado. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, está bien conectado y fácil acceso a zonas importantes de la ciudad.
